Policy scope

Practical boundaries for account data, AI review, billing, support, and human judgment.

Reglane helps users prepare U.S. cosmetics compliance workflows from product files, evidence, claims, and AI-assisted review notes. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as name, email address, authentication provider, and workspace membership.
  • Workspace information, such as company name, contact email, launch market, billing status, and team settings.
  • Product workflow data, such as SKU details, label copy, ingredient lists, claims, uploaded evidence files, AI review output, and export history.
  • Billing metadata from our Merchant of Record provider, such as plan status, order or subscription ID, customer portal URL, and webhook events.
  • Operational metadata, such as logs, usage counters, security events, and diagnostics needed to operate the service.

How we use information

  • To provide the product workflow, including file intake, SKU creation, AI review, evidence tracking, and prep-pack export.
  • To authenticate users, protect accounts, and enforce workspace access controls.
  • To process free-check limits, one-time purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and billing lifecycle events through our Merchant of Record provider.
  • To improve reliability, security, product quality, and customer support.

AI processing

Reglane may send product text, evidence summaries, and related workflow context to AI providers such as DeepSeek to generate structured review output. Uploaded files and AI results are treated as confidential workspace data. AI output is assistive and should be reviewed by the user before operational or regulatory decisions are made.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as authentication, database, storage, AI processing, hosting, email, analytics, and billing providers. These providers may process data in countries outside your own.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while the account is active or as needed for billing, security, legal, and operational records. You can request deletion by contacting us. Some billing and audit records may need to be retained where required by law or fraud-prevention obligations.
