Reglane is designed to be tried before payment. Users should use the free checks to test the end-to-end workflow before buying a Single Check or monthly plan.

Free checks

Free checks do not require payment. If the workflow does not fit your needs, you can stop using the service without being charged.

Paid purchases and subscriptions

For a first-time paid purchase or subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if the product does not work as described and you have not materially used the paid export workflow beyond evaluation.

Non-refundable cases

  • Subscription renewals after the first billing period unless required by law or handled otherwise by the Merchant of Record.
  • Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, illegal use, or violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Usage where substantial paid workflow value has already been consumed, such as repeated exports or high AI usage.

How to request a refund

Email support@reglane.com with the account email, order email, payment date, and reason for the request. Refunds may be processed by our Merchant of Record provider and can take several business days to appear depending on the payment method.
